Terms and Conditions
Effective October 18, 2026
First, what matters.
We’re a dance group that wants to see your party full of color. We’d love to close everything with a handshake, but the world asks for a few pages of legal language. Here they are. You bring the celebration, we bring the dance, and hopefully nobody needs to read this again.
1. Acceptance
By using this site, sending a request or hiring ColombiArte, you accept these terms. We may decline any request.
2. Requests and bookings
Sending a request does not reserve a date. A date is booked only when we confirm it in writing with the agreed format, time, venue and price, and any agreed payment is made.
3. Payments, changes and cancellations
Price, deposits and change or cancellation terms are agreed in writing for each event. A deposit secures your date and is non-refundable once confirmed, unless we agree otherwise in writing. A completed performance is non-refundable.
4. The venue
The client makes sure the space is safe and suitable for dancing (firm floor, no obstacles or liquids) and handles venue permissions. We may shorten or stop a performance if the space or the weather puts dancers or guests at risk.
5. Classes and workshops
Dance is physical activity. Participants (or their parent or guardian) accept the normal risks of dancing and confirm they are able to take part. Minors take part with permission from a responsible adult.
6. Crafts
Craft pieces are handmade and each may vary in color and shape. Sales are final once the piece is delivered, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
7. Photos and video
We may photograph or film our performances and share them on our social media and this site. If you’d rather not appear, tell us and we’ll respect it.
8. Text messages
If you agree to text messages, you’ll receive messages about your request, appointment or event. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. More in our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, ColombiArte’s liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the service in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Any claim must be brought within one year.
10. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by weather, emergencies, illness or other causes beyond our control. In that case we’ll find a new date together.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Texas law. Any dispute will first be resolved by talking it through and, failing that, in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
