The short version: We keep only what we need to answer you and plan your show. We don’t sell your information. If you agree to text messages, your number and your consent are not shared with anyone. Reply STOP any time and the messages stop.
1. What this covers
This policy explains how ColombiArte ("we") handles information collected on this website and in the phone, email, text or social media conversations that come from it.
2. Information you give us
When you send a form or book a call, you give us what the form asks for: name, email, phone, event details (date, venue, guest count) and whatever you write in the message. You choose whether to check the text-message box.
3. Information collected automatically
To tell real requests from spam, each submission carries technical details: the IP address, the approximate city and region of that IP, the browser time zone and how long the page was open. We don’t use advertising cookies or follow you across other sites.
4. How we use it
To answer your request, prepare a proposal, schedule and deliver the show, workshop, class or order, and to send confirmations and notices about what you asked for. Also to detect spam and abuse of the site, and to meet legal obligations.
5. Text messages (SMS)
If you check the consent box on a form, you agree to receive text messages from ColombiArte about your request, appointment or event. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. All other categories of information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
6. Who we share it with
No one, for their own advertising. Only with the services that run the site and our communications (site hosting, email, calendar and the carrier that delivers messages), and when the law requires it.
7. How long we keep it
As long as we need it for your event and our records, then we delete it. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time.
8. Children
This site is not directed to children under 13. If a child wants to join classes, a parent or guardian should send the form.
